I wanted to formally record my thanks for your contribution to our Managers Conference held this month. What can I say?
I think the reactions on the day will have given you a good indication of how well the delegates received your presentation!
I am pleased to be able to report that all the evaluations were very positive with more than two-thirds of delegates giving an overall rating of 4 or 5 (out of 5!). ‘Interesting’, ‘enjoyable’ ‘useful’ ‘thought provoking’ were the most frequent comments on the evaluation forms.

We were very pleased to have Deborah speak at our celebration event for the students and graduates who had engaged in the ShellStep programme 2009.
Everyone commented on the quality of her presentation and of the relevance it had for them. Having listened to Deborah’s speech onboard ‘Oceana’ I was very moved at how real her journey was in the convent and how much strength and resilience she had needed, to aspire to and follow her true mission in life. She is a true inspiration to all around her in the sense that she embraced the path that would fulfil what she dreamed about and because of this she will continue to evolve further.
The fact that Deborah is so down to earth, anyone would be able to approach her. There are so many strings of talent to her bow in terms of her radio and television work that enable her wonderful message to reach the many who love to listen.
